Support
Thout is your AI Chief of Staff for meetings — it captures conversations, turns them into decisions and actions, and pushes the follow-through into your tools. To use any Thout feature, you first need an account. This guide covers everything from sign-up to logging out.

When you create a Thout account, you'll see an AI Processing Notice before your account is created. You must click I Agree to use Thout — here's what it means.
AI Processing Notice
To provide its features, Thout sends the following to AI providers:
This data is used only to generate responses and is not used for advertising.
No. The consent notice states: "this data is used only to generate responses and is not used for advertising."
Note: clicking Cancel on the notice stops the registration — your account won't be created without agreeing.
Wait 30 seconds for the Resend code button to activate, then click it. Check your spam or junk folder. If the problem persists, try registering with a different email address.
All fields must be valid: the password must meet the strength rules, both passwords must match, and the email format must be correct. Check each field.
Yes — any valid email works. But Thout is designed for professional and team use, so a work email is recommended.
Yes. Sessions are stored per browser, so you can stay signed in on multiple browsers or devices simultaneously.
You stay signed in. Your session persists and refreshes automatically the next time you open Thout in the same browser.
