What the Today dashboard shows

Today is your daily home page — "a full list of today's priorities, risks, and shifts." It opens with a personalised greeting (for example "Good afternoon, Maya") and pulls the most important items from across all your meetings into one place.

What's on a card

A type badge — for example Action item, Red flag, or Theme — plus a topic tag.
A title and a one-line reason.
A confidence badge — High, Medium, or Low confidence.

Tracking your momentum

The Momentum card at the top of Today shows how your week is trending: a progress bar, a status (such as Stable), and a percentage.

Click the Momentum card.
The Momentum this week page opens, showing the same bar and status, the date range and meeting count for the week, and a written week summary.

Note: the week summary is AI-generated, so it can occasionally be unavailable if the summary service is busy — reload the page to try again. For a fuller weekly view, see the Pulse guide.

Adding to Today

Today isn't only for reviewing — you can capture new meetings straight from it.

Click New Thout (top right) to open the capture options — record a voice note, paste a meeting link, or upload audio, exactly as on the Meetings page (see the Audio & recording guide).
When you're brand new and have no data yet, Today shows a first-run onboarding view that nudges you to sync your calendar so meetings start flowing in.

What's the difference between "Your next", "Chase or unblock", and "Watch"?

"Your next" is action items assigned to you; "Chase or unblock (dependencies)" is things blocking progress that you need to push on; "Watch" is risks and red flags to keep an eye on.

What does the confidence badge mean?

How sure Thout is about the item — High, Medium, or Low — based on the meeting evidence. Open the item and check the source meeting to verify.

I marked an item done by mistake.

Marking done removes the card from your list. Reopen the source meeting (from the item's detail page) to find the underlying action again.

Why is my Momentum at 0%?

Momentum reflects the week's activity. With little or no recent meeting activity it stays low and shows Stable. It rises as items progress across the week.

The weekly summary didn't load.

The summary is generated on demand and can be briefly unavailable when the service is busy. Reload the page to regenerate it.
